Private yoga is an invitation to inhabit your body in new ways. This work is rooted in yogic traditions and informed by modern nervous system science. I share a living knowledge that has been passed from teacher to student for centuries.

Sessions are shaped entirely around you: your inner and outer worlds exactly as they are. That might look like building physical strength and mobility, working with breath, and meditation techniques, or weaving all of it together. Research continues to affirm what practitioners have known all along — that this kind of work has profound effects on anxiety, stress, sleep, and overall health.

We can spend our whole lives in these bodies and rarely stop to explore them. This is an invitation inside. What we’ll build together is a practice that is entirely yours. Consistent, curious, alive, something to return to again and again.

A Four-Week Series for Building
a Daily Yoga Practice

Suitable for corporate settings, members clubs, schools, and community groups looking to offer something lasting.

Most people aren't looking for another thing to do. They're looking for somewhere to belong and something to come back to. Beyond the Poses is a four-week program designed to give them exactly that. A practice to return to, one that works in real life and stays with them long after the series ends.

Each week combines a 90-minute group session with a custom take-home video, building week by week toward a sustainable daily practice. Yoga philosophy is not a separate piece but the throughline that runs beneath everything — informing how we move through asana (physical practice), how we work with pranayama (breath practice), and how we sit in meditation. Each element illuminates the others, and together they become a place to go when life feels busy, when the mind feels full, or when you simply want to feel more present.

This program is designed for everyone. No experience required, no particular level of fitness assumed. It meets people where they are and gives them somewhere to return to.
